Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Enrollment & Student Affairs, the Career Center Manager will lead Nicolet College in transforming current career services into a collaborative, innovative career center that serves current students as well as the broader community. The Manager will develop, recommend, and implement a strategic plan for career services that responds to the strategic direction set by the Vice President. The collaborative, innovative career center represents a new strategic direction for the College. The Career Center Manager must work collaboratively with administration, faculty, and student affairs employees to ensure effective delivery of student-centered career services that meet College and community needs.

Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of experience providing career development services, and 2 years of experience working with community partners on collaborative projects.

Ideal candidates possess a Master's Degree, experience working in higher education, project management, and budgets and grants, and have experience using Handshake, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms to increase exposure of career development services.
