Reporting to the Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment & Strategic Communications, the Enrollment & Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role to provide professional support to the graduate enrollment and strategic communications team at Sargent College for the recruitment, engagement, and enrollment of graduate students. This position serves as a point of contact for prospective graduate students applying to Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences and provides professional and responsive guidance and professional support to the team while working within existing graduate enrollment policies and practices throughout the admissions lifecycle. The coordinator works collaboratively with Sargent College faculty, staff, and students to provide professional support to the Sr. Director to drive engagement and ensure timely, accurate communication with prospective students via social media campaign management and application processing by navigating multiple software platforms to process graduate applications within established admissions guidelines. In addition to supporting admissions operations and process management, this role applies professional knowledge and skills towards the development of social media content to enhance brand visibility, increase digital engagement, and showcase student experiences for Sargent College. This is part-time (0.5 FTE) and 100% remote position that works under the supervision of the team manager within established practices and policies while managing and providing support to existing and ongoing projects for the Graduate Enrollment and Strategic Communications team.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in admissions, academic and student services, marketing, communications, and/or a related field
  • Experience reviewing and processing applications for graduate enrollment.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital media campaigns as well as coordinating student outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
